On October 29, 2019, The Ames Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Ames Human Relations Commission and Iowa State University Division of Diversity and Inclusion will host the second annual Symposium on Building Inclusive Organizations. After years of this work, Bhasin discovered an undeniable relationship between inclusion and authenticity, which is the focus of her newly released book, The Authenticity Principle.
